Refund policy
All Sales Final On Doorbusters and All Sale Items.
We have a 15-day online purchase return policy for exchange or store credit only on full price purchases.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return by mail, you will need to ship the item with receipt at your own expense to: Emory Park Boutique, 127 Baltimore Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
If the item meets the return requirements, we will issue an online gift card to be used at your convenience. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item does not meet the return requirements, you will forfeit the store credit, and the item will be donated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale /Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods (soap, lotion, etc.), ABLE products, jewelry, bras, body suits, clearance, all special sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds
There are no refunds. All returns are for store credit only.
